At PR Letting Solutions we arrange initial contact with Landlord/lady at the property to advise on expected rental income, take photographs for advertising purposes and listen to the requirements of the Landlord/lady re prospective tenants.

Upon agreement of requirements and fees, the property will be advertised through several avenues, on internet sites specifically designed for property letting and newspaper advertisements if required.

PR Letting Solutions will then undertake to supervise and arrange all viewings of the property with prospective tenants. (Landlord/lady can be present or not as preferred).

When a suitable tenant is sourced, we will thoroughly vet all references provided and report to the Landlord/lady.

With the agreement of the Landlord/lady, we will prepare a standard tenancy agreement, inventory and bank information and agree a date for signing contracts to suit both Landlord/lady and tenant, (or in-deed forward all relevant information to a solicitor).

Meter reading ESB and Gas will be taken on check in date and will be transferred into the tenants name. We set up a standing order from the tenants bank account directly to the Landlord/lady's bank account for monthly payment of rent.

The tenancy agreements will be signed by the tenants in the presence of a representative of PR Letting Solutions, the contracts will then be forwarded to the Landlord/lady for signing. Three copies of the contract will be made on for the Landlord/lady, one for the tenant and one to be retained by PR Letting Solutions.
